Supercentrifuges

The Riera Nadeu (RINA) supercentrifuges are vertical axis machines fitted with a hanged cylindrical bowl rotating at high speed to generate a centrifugal force that can reach 20’000 xg. They are used for the solids recovery or the removal of suspended impurities from liquids as well as for the separation of non-miscible liquids of different densities. RINA supercentrifuges are characterized by a modern and sturdy design and easy operation. Moreover, RINA SRP supercentrifuges can work in potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX).

These solid bowl vertical decanter centrifuges are suitable for liquid-liquid and solid-liquid separation. All models are fitted with wide-opening hinged casing to facilitate the withdrawal of the bowl / decanter rotor from the front. Other features, such as cooling / heating coils, CIP and SIP devices, and controls of ancillary equipment, can be integrated.

The RINA SRP supercentrifuges have a wide field of application in the chemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. They are used for the separation and the clarification of various liquids, including blood plasma and cells separation, virus and bacteria separation, wine clarification, fat clarification, nano particles in suspension separation, micro-algae, aloe vera and oil purification, gum clarification, inks and varnishes purification.
