Batch size: from 1g to 3kg

The PilotMill-2 jet mill is designed for product research and development needs with batches from 1g to 3kg. This spiral jet mill has been designed for higher micronized product yield. The PilotMill-2 is available in top discharge configuration with product recovery inside the filtering bag to further maximize product yield.

The PilotMill-2 jet mill can be easily integrated into glove box systems for the processing of highly active or sterile products. This spiral jet mill is also available in ATEX configuration. Special configurations, i.e. with PTFE or ceramic inserts/lining, in Hastelloy® and others are available upon request.
