Schmidt + Haensch has celebrated his 150th anniversary in April 2014. The family owned company is managed in 5th family-generation by Mathis Kuchejda. Since its founding in 1864 the Schmidt + Haensch is one of the leading companies in the manufacturing of opto-electronic measuring instruments. The instruments of Schmidt + Haensch are known for their high precision as well as high quality and the unrivaled durability.

Today the product portfolio comprises polarimeters, refractometers, photometers and process analyzing systems for the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industry. A new generation of density meters completes our instrument range for liquid analysis in a perfect way.
